# drJ Clinics > drJ Clinics is a single-doctor cosmetic medical practice in Double Bay, Sydney. Every consultation and every procedure is performed in person by Dr Jeremy Cumpston (Medical Practitioner, AHPRA registration MED0001152748), who has practised cosmetic medicine since 2007 and worked as a general practitioner for more than thirty years. Consultations are concern-led: each one is organised around a presenting concern, and no procedure is performed without an in-person consultation first. ## About the practice - One practitioner. There are no associate injectors, no nurse delegates and no telehealth prescribing arrangements. Dr Cumpston performs every consultation, plan and procedure in person. - Concern-led consultations across four areas: facial lines, facial volume change, skin laxity and structural support, and skin quality and hydration. - Every procedure begins with a consultation, a written treatment plan, and the AHPRA cooling-off period for higher-risk non-surgical procedures.
