How we work
A consultation, then a plan, then the procedure.
No procedure happens without a consultation first. We use the cooling-off period that AHPRA requires for higher-risk non-surgical procedures, and we walk it carefully.

Consultation
We sit down in person, review your goals and your medical history, and talk through the options — including the option not to proceed. There is no obligation to book a procedure.

Personalised plan
If a procedure suits, we agree a plan in writing and observe the cooling-off period required for higher-risk non-surgical work. You will receive the information you need to give informed consent.

Procedure and follow-up
Dr Cumpston performs the procedure in person. Aftercare is in person too — we are reachable directly if you have any concern at any stage.

Every consultation and every procedure at drJ Clinics is performed by Dr Cumpston in person. The practice does not offer free or discounted procedures in exchange for promotion.
